52Living well is a desire of every human being. Actually this is one of the greatest desires, along with being recognized, valued, admired and respected, contrary to what many people think that supports the theory that humans live in search of money. This theory is already outdated, since those seeking money, seeking to meet those desires I mentioned in the opening sentences of text.
But this article aims to address a broader issue: how to live well.
To live well is necessary to have mental health and that we must cultivate all the time in our day to day.
Instead of stressing about the traffic, which is pretty trivial, try to relax in the sunshine on top of buildings or the raindrops on the windshield. Think of the miracle that is life.
Look appreciate the good side and instead of forgetting the bad side, look for the causes that gave rise so you can avoid next time
What is our body and mind is not all we are? And if we are body and mind, care for the two with the same affection that we deserve
Some short and quick tips:
- Concerns cause insomnia. When something is disturbing, before going to bed write down three things you can do the next day to help you solve the problem. Let some things remain mysterious.
- Remember that the best relationships are those in which one feels the other is greater than the need we have of one another.
- Accept the fact that regardless of how many times you're right, sometimes be wrong.
- In a discussion, lower your voice to the degree that the other person is raising hers.
- In a moment of disagreement with someone you love, treat the current situation. Does not deal with past issues.
- Apologize immediately when you lose patience, especially with children.
- Do not wait for your love only change one person totally confused.
After all, at the same time, thanks to everything that happens daily, imagine being able to say sincerely happy. Impossible? Maybe not.
