Natural diet
51 The natural diet is based on the philosophy hygienist that helps in the
detoxification of the body. For the reason of not eating meat, eggs and dairy products in the alimentation, the duration of the diet should be limited and the advantage is that there are no quantity restrictions.
The adjustments can be made, however, must be taken into account the three basic rules of the natural diet. They are:
- Certain combinations are prohibited. Proteins can not be consumed with carbohydrates (pasta, rice and potatoes) and each meal can be a food of animal origin;
- At least 50% of each meal should consist of vegetables, preferably raw;
- The consumption of soft drinks, fried foods, alcohol, sugar, white pasta and sausages are avoided.
First Day of diet
Breakfast
- Orange juice with carrots.
Lunch
- Fruit salad (guava, strawberry, pear and plum).
Snack 1
- Watermelon juice.
Snack 2
- Melon.
Dinner
- Fruit salad (papaya, grape, strawberry, kiwi and orange).
Supper
- Apple.
Daily routine of the natural diet
Breakfast
- Orange juice.
Lunch
- Salad of lettuce, carrots and beets;
- To suck gnocchi with sauteed broccoli.
Snack
- Beetroot and orange.
Dinner
- Vegetable soup;
- Chicken cooked with carrots.
Supper
- Melon.
Note: All food program should be performed under medical supervision.
